Summer Fun in Utah

Sorry for the long delay in getting some new pictures up. We made a special trip to Utah to enjoy the mountains, lakes, and of course our families. We had an absolute BLAST!!!! When we first got there we got to go on a really fun 4-wheeling trip with my family in the mountains. It was just beautiful and we had a lot of fun! Then we went on a great boating trip to Yuba lake! We had two awesome boats, two great jet skis, and 13 fun people... so we had a great time boating and camping and enjoying each other! We got to camp right on the lake and we even had our very own dock. The water was a little cold, but we still had a great time.

We also got to enjoy camping in the mountains above Kamas. It was so fun to go back over some of the same trails and the areas that we used to go when I was a kid. We took the 4-wheelers on an awesome trail and even found enough snow to have a little snow ball fight. I can't believe how beautiful the mountains are. It was so much fun to be doing the things we love to do with such an awesome family. It reminded me so much of the good old times. I hope we get to all get together again soon.

In the middle of all of the fun trips we also got to enjoy some great food and BBQ's, swimming, miniature golfing, my favorite restaurants, some scrapbooking, and lots of card games. We had such a fun time in Utah, and we miss it so much! It took me a whole week just to recover from the depression that set in when I had to go back home, and Cambridge has been looking around for all of his fun Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and Cousins ever since... We definitely can't wait to get back to Utah and to see our families again.

A picture of my mom camping! No doubt pulling off such great trips and activities took a lot of preparation and planning on her part. She has always been such a great mom and I know she works really hard on behalf of her family--we love you!
